The culling update
This update adds a cull mask option to the VolumetricFog
node. Now lights can be selectively culled away from the fog via their render layers.
A configuration warning has also been added to make sure users don't try to use multiple of these nodes under one viewport.
There have also been a couple bug fixes to make this plugin work in Godot 3.2.2.
