• New Implementation or existing implementation

Why:

• Limit technical ability/skills
• Measure the charity impact for funding opportunities, board reporting

What:

• Salesforce technical resource to enhance system supported by team of experienced experts
• Attempt to close digital skills gap
• Approve the solutions suggested by Technical collective coaches
• Take responsibility for Non Disclosure agreement (NDA), General data protection regulations (GDPR) Guidance and for backup.
• Provide a clear policy for technical changes that need to be made. (Template)

Junior Admin

Who:

• Anyone who has a Salesforce Admin Certification
• Anyone who has completed the Salesforce Administrator Credential
• Studied for the Admin certification
• Completed Admin super set

Why:

• Hands on experience to get their foot in the door
• Improve implementation skills
• Support day to day tasks and challenges

What:

• Helping their practical experience
• Enhance Salesforce Skills
• Prepare them for the next step
• Access the pool of senior consultant/experts
• Admin can include their voluntary experience in their CV
• Admin may also get reference from the nin profit when applying for jobs(i.e Linkedin/email)

Technical Collective coaches (Technical Experts )

Who:

• 3 Certifications (excluding Associate)
• Interest in Charity Mission
• Basic Knowledge of Charity Sector
• At least 4 years Salesforce Experience

Why:

• Expand Knowledge into new clouds
• Practice skills not used in current jobs
• Help close digital skill gap
• Give back ???
• Fill in volunteering hours (example as part of their job expected pro bona hours

What:

• Coach junior Admin to translate technical jargon into language the charity will understands
• Share Knowledge
• Commit hours over a period of time
• Making a difference ce to a junior Admin or the non - profit succeeding in the journey of Salesforce
