We used the existing content from the forms created during the last sprint, audited the content and created them in Google Forms. There are two forms that will be used as part of the onboarding process.
One is for all volunteers, accounting for the junior admins, technical experts, project managers and anybody else who wants to get involved.

This is a spreadsheet to use a centralized project management and collaboration tool across all parties. We decided that this resource would be created in a spreadsheet version initially hosted in Google Sheets, but downloadable in .xlsl (Excel) so that it could be hosted on another platform if any of the parties involved are not able to use Google products.

Based of Pei's project management presentation for one of our pilot projects, we created a templated version that can be used across all projects. Included are things like our ways of working, the promises exchanged between all parties and the scope of the project.

We had a small but mighty group for this sprint with plenty of new sprinters and everybody who was completely new to the project. They all jumped in with so much enthusiasm and input. The positivity and excitement around this project was infectious. We've made some great strides towards creating composable and reusable resources to enable us to scale this project. Go team!
