The DEI Framework project is open to all people who are interested in working with us to address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Open Source Commons and Salesforce ecosystem.

Our vision is that Salesforce and community leaders create diverse, equitable, and inclusive spaces. We create community-based, free, and open source tools to identify and remove barriers and empower people from marginalized groups to show up and participate as their full authentic selves.

We believe that:

• Transformation is intentional
• Lived experiences matter
• Building relationships leads to equitable community
• Social justice work is a long-term commitment
