Move to Magic Items

As of now I've gained access to have this module released as an official foundry module - Magic Items.
This is the last "proper" release on this module-id - the next one will be a simultaneous release as 1.7.3 that will just do a notification about move to a new module id, and then a magicitems moduleid release 4.0 as a "new" module version.

ETA: in couple of days.
