* Add MatchSummary for Heroes

* Cleanup after 3195/97/98

* Unused module

* Sync what's currently on the wiki

(Additionally TBD now uses abbreviation make and min-width down by a small bit)

* use Module:MatchSummary/Base/temp

* Update match_summary.lua
