[BF]: corrected bids naming and duplication keys

Correct incorrect BIDS file naming when rare patterns where specified in the bidsName field.

Relying on https://bids-website.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started/folders_and_files/files.html#anat
the optional patterns are currently well supported by default (see below) and run key is now correctly inserted before optionnal key word. In addition, all possible combination were tested with optional arguments so that duplicated _ (__) should not happen. Note that the only case that may fail is with the echo keyword if not specified (a priori echo-index) should not be inserted but this in ongoing investigation and discussion to specify the default behavior
