Example and result data of every workflow is provided on Zenodo:

Important notes:

  • A workflow will only be executed if the result files are missing in the input directory. The uploaded files on Zenodo already contain the results. Therefore please remove the results from the downloaded folders before running a workflow.
  • It is crucial that the input files are specifically structured and named for the successful execution of a workflow. Details on the input file structure is provided in the README of every workflow.
