Accelerator overview: (5 mins)

• 3 months phase
• Meet every fortnight - in person (equals 6 meet ups) - ideally 6 people per team at each meetup
• Documented tasks on Github Issues & Discussions/Meeting notes in GitHub Wiki
• Support & guide - ThoughtWork - large network (technical skills & subject matter experts)
• External event to present to other people & discuss next steps

Break out into two groups: (30 mins)

• Introductions - Name, area of expertise (30 seconds each)

Aims:

• Project Presentation (e.g. aim & what has been done so far)
• Github Issues with High level Epics for 3 months goal

-High level goals - epics (roughly 6 goals) -Pick one high level goal to work on for next 2 weeks -Team members & areas of expertise- division of work -Hours & contribution of team members
