- Updates the pkgdown.yml file for constructing the package website to include indexed reference pages for the mock_linkage_summary() function and the data objects for testing CellPhoneDB, PBMC, and SCENIC
- Corrects cluster assignment for one of the domino objects used for the summarize_linkage() example
- Corrects spelling mistake in linked URL for package issues page

The revision to the summarize_linkages function had caused each cell to be assigned to its own cluster. This change perserves the original intention of swapping the cell cluster assignments between the first 120 cells with the second set of 120 cells.
