As a shareholder, my confidence in the company's leadership has only grown stronger over time. If given the opportunity to vote again, I would not hesitate to restate the same or even a more favorable compensation for any individual who can demonstrate similar results and dedication to Tesla's mission. Furthermore, it is important to note that I, along with many other shareholders, have invested not only financially but also emotionally in the success of Tesla. I trust Elon Musk and the Board of Directors to make decisions that will secure the best interests of the company and its shareholders. In light of the above, I kindly request the court to consider the appeal to rescind Elon Musk's compensation package.
