The Polarion PDF and Word Exporter doesn't support SVG base64 embedding. When exporting a document with diagram SVGs (base64 embedded), they are missing.

Possible workaround:
Attach the SVG and PNG versions of the image to the work item and include the attachment instead of using base64 embedding.
