There are two areas: the raspberry pi in the balloon and the ground setup. These are connected in a slow but reliable and an experimental high bandwidth way. Read more about the APRS and WiFi Bridge communication and a detailed technological explanation on the following pages:
There are two dedicated cloud servers running in the Hetzner Cloud. The first one is a docker host without a desktop environment and and the second one contains a desktop OS, that is ready to be used with remote access.
