Information Signs

Information signs are signs merged to a craft which display information about the craft. While some signs are convenient to use over the control commands, none of them are mandatory for basic craft functionality.

Contacts Sign

Contacts:

This sign displays nearby ships as readouts on its second through fourth lines. These contacts will appear as they would when using the contacts command, but in a truncated form.

Speed Sign

Speed:

This sign displays the craft's current speed in meters per second as well as the average time it takes for the craft to move once (the mean movement time.)

Status Sign

Status:

This sign displays the current percentage of required fly and move blocks on the craft compared to the minimum required to stay in the air or moving. Additionally, it will display the maximum distance the craft can travel without adding more fuel to its furnaces, taking into account all fuel stored in furnaces on the craft.
