Major refactoring of Feature tests to Specs

This release has a significant number of changes in terms of migrating feature tests to rspec test. This significantly speeds up the testing, by over an order of magnitude down to a few minutes. There are still a few features, that can be migrated ultimately getting the testing on Travis CI to between 1 and 2 minutes.
