Update Template for Zen52 and Zen51 external switch delay (external switch multiple detection)

Zooz released firmware updates for the Zooz Zen51 and Zen52 relays. Firmware 1.70 (08/2023). These included a new parameter that removes the delay caused by waiting for multiple physical switch detection. The template update captures this option. There will be an update to the Zen52 file for a specific unit update.
