Prevents the automatic deletion of important zlux artifacts which are not being rebuilt frequently, such as:

3.0.0-V3.X-STAGING-ZLUX-CORE.

Test output:

3.0.0-PR-82 ==> delete
2.14.0-V2.X-MASTER ==> delete
2.10.0-zlux-app-server-PR-266 ==> delete
2.9.0-376-v2.x-staging-zlux-build ==> delete
2.9.0-V2.X-STAGING-ZLUX-CORE ==> keep [zlux]
3.0.0-zlux-app-manager-PR-575 ==> delete
2.1.0-V2.X-STAGING ==> delete
2.2.0-RC ==> delete
3.0.0-V3.X-STAGING-ZLUX-CORE ==> keep [zlux]
