Describe the bug

It is expected to use a custom console name during a console command issue, but now the 'issue_command' just declares the custom console name without the actual use of it

Expected and actual results

  1. Expected behavior: provided custom console name is used in 'issue_command'
  2. Actual behavior: 'defcn' is always used
