Sort subjects by ID, otherwise the paged API query can duplicate subjects across pages.

Now that zooniverse/panoptes#4359 adds ID sort by default, this PR should no longer be necessary. Closing, but we'll keep an eye on how the new sort affects multiple apps like this one. |
