Well that's odd, there's an error in the CI running tests in lib-classifier:

    1) Component > JSONDataViewer
         with a data series plot
           should render a scatter plot viewer:
       AssertionError: expected null to exist

Running the lib-classifier tests on localhost seems fine, so let me re-run the CI.

This is a minor bump to the webpack dependency. For extra safety, I checked this on localhost, and I'm able to run app-project with no issues. LGTM.
