change jdk download index.json file to github.com

NOTE! After updating to this version you must run the following command

jvms init --originalpath https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ystyle/jvms/new/jdkdlindex.json

Because this conf store in %APPDATA%/jvms/jvms.json, it should be update

You also can run this command without update to this version (if you use 2.0.x)
