abstract deinflection tests #784

Reorganizes the language transformer test to allow other languages to define their own deinflection tests.

Should this be a folder directory that follows how we organize languages in other places in the code base?

Yes, if/when we have more than one test per language, that might be tidier. For now I thought it's simpler this way.
