新增：为项目添加了中文的README文件（README.zh-CN.md），并进行了内容润色精简，以更好地支持中文用户。
更新：将原有的中文README.md文件更新为英文版本，以便多语言支持国际化推广。
改进：对README.md中的原有的一些表述进行了优化更新至README.zh-CN.md，使其更加符合中文语境和阅读习惯。

变更概览：
