Tidy version of the wittyPi power management board scripts produced by uugear.
See http://www.uugear.com/product/wittypi-mini/ for further details.

This release:

  1. Tidies up the scripts making them more readable.

  2. Detects whether the (Linux) kernel support gpio (CONFIG_GPIO_SYSFS=y).

  3. Detects the (changed) user interface in the version of the Linux date command provided by
    GNU CoreUtils 8.30 (or later).
