NameExpression is used to represent something by specifying a name. That something is one of:

A local variable;
A reserved name, such as this;
A property or constant value;
A method or function;
A type parameter;
A Class, including a module, package, enum, interface, const, class, mixin, or typedef;
The Type of a Class;
The singleton instance of a Class; or
A label.
