as_label
@bherr2 @axdanbol While visualizing the v2p1 CSV at https://github.com/x-atlas-consortia/hra-pop/blob/main/output-data/v0.9.0/reports/atlas/validation-v2p1.csv, I noticed that the as_label for skin has two unique values: skin and skin of body. Any idea why? This seems to occur where modality is popV or sc_proteomics. Affected rows are identical with skin rows above/below except for the as_label.

Explanation: UBERON says skin of body, ccf-pref-label says skin, 3d ref organ labels in ccf.owl say skin, hra-kg says skin of body. No easy solution.
