Re 0 mesh collisions, all JSONs have since been replaced by correct versions by Bill Shirey, except the two below (so 23-2=21 fixed in total). The two broken datasets

Come from a small intestine tissue block registered by Daniel Cotter:

I wrote to Emma Marie Monte about this and she responded that they would fix this eventually but are currently swamped. I can ping her again if urgent.
