Summary

Please explain the purpose and scope of your contribution.

Scope of this PR:

  • Fix issues with branch httr2 (which was failing).
  • Adds functions to interact with a series of endpoints:
    • get_cp (endpoint: cp-download)
    • get_cp_ki (endpoint: cp-key-indicators)
    • get_gd (endpoints: grouped-stats, lorenz-curve, regression-params)
  • adds argument for requesting nowcast estimates.
