구현 목적
top component가 변경되면서 login 페이지 레이아웃이 변경되었습니다.
로그인 페이지 레이아웃이 의도치 않게 망가져 있어 사용자 개선을 위해 이를 변경합니다.
구현 사항
css를 적용해주고, 문구를 변경하였습니다.
