구현 사항
멤버가 변동됐을 때 지출 상세 정보 데이터가 날라가지 않는 버그 수정했습니다.
인원이 변동됐을 때 (추가 제외) 지출 상세 캐시를 무효화 시켜서 영향이 없도록 수정했습니다
