Release version 1.0

This is the first release version of GalenQt. Binaries are provided for MacOS and Windows. The Windows binaries are 64 bit static compiled with Visual Studio 2017 on Windows 10 using Qt 5.11.2. The MacOS binaries are compiled with Xcode 9.3 on High Sierra using Qt 5.11.2. The binaries have not been tested on any other systems. The Windows version is a portable installation. Uncompress the .zip file and drag GalenQt.exe to somewhere convenient on your system (C:\Program Files\ might be a good option). The Mac version in an app package. Double click the .dmg file and drag GalenQt.app to somewhere convenient on your system (the Applications folder is a good idea).
