feat: Create Onboarding for New Users

What does this PR do?

• Updated flowbite-react to new version to incorporate updated components
• Refactored outdated flowbite components to new version
• Created an onboarding page for users to add necessary information regarding account
• Setup an update trigger for new sessions after onboarding in app/api/auth/[...nextauth]/route.ts
