Thanks for this @sronveaux. This seems really helpful to have the Vuetify linting rules. I tested this in a larger application and no problems occured.

This PR adds official Vuetify plugin and ESLint rules to address #322.
Linting errors linked to deprecated components and properties have been corrected too.
