Errors in TimeFieldMinMax Sample

Two errors occur in TimeFieldMinMax sample:

1. com.webforj.exceptions.WebforjRuntimeException
   This sample references a CSS file on line 17 that no longer exists:
   @InlineStyleSheet("context://css/fields/timefield/timeFieldMinMaxView.css")

2. java.time.format.DateTimeParseException
   Entering a 0 for the hour or clearing the values with either backspace or delete causes webforJ to throw this error.
