About The Pull Request

A Draft.

Need to update sprites for the variant enemies.
Also documentation and comments are lacking. I will update them accordingly.

Why It's Good For The Game

Intended mainly for CoL reworks, but also for Wcorp, and give more options for whenever some kind of LCB update is fired.
Adds more enemies to be used in our side gamemodes, based on limbus company designs.
