About The Pull Request

Adds attribute increasing chems to some fish. Dont worry each fish only has like 1-5u of the stuff so its not overpowered.

Generic Attribute Reagents

can be found in high quality foods and rare fish.

• Hearty Syrup: Increases Fortitude by 6 while in system
• Bitter Syrup: Increases Prudence while in system
• Tasteless Syrup: Increases Temperance while in system
• Focused Syrup: Increases Justice while in system

New Abnormality Extracts

• Woe: eats 4 health in exchange for 2 sanity
• Abno_Oil: gives 0.2 defense to red, 0.1 defense to white, and 0.5 weakness to black

Drugs and Potions

• Odisone: 10 Fortitude/Justice buff in exchange for a -20 Prudence/Temp debuff
• Culpus Umidus: increases Prudence by 10 but inflicts a 15% hit to sanity when it leaves your system.
• Lesser Nepenthe: Restores 5% of a insane persons sanity per metabolism
• Dyscrasone: gives all around 10 in stats but -25 debuff when you run out. Debuff is a status effect that has its effect icon as a attribute colored sad face.
• Serelam: 10 Prudence/Temp buff in exchange for a -20 Fortitude/Justice debuff
• Piedrabital: Healing with a chance of stun
• Gaspilleur: Heals 2 sanity and health but reduces all stats by -40
