Named Subscriptions

This release adds optional names to subscriptions, to help diagnosing subscription leaks:

Option name now can be passed into method subscribe
Method getStat added, to pull all available statistics
Property name added to class Subscription
Property name added to ISubContext

Added new WiKi page - Diagnostics.
