Make the setup easier by removing the Justfile (https://github.com/casey/just). From now on try to only use Bazel. Future ideas:

Ability to generate GitHub ci files from Bazel (Generate GitLab CI files from Bazel #161)
Generate docs from Bazel itself (Generate documentation from Bazel #160)
