Major overhaul to improve maintainability and continuous development of the project.

TODO:

• Seperate ui forms from logic
• Rework the server list into a class
• Remove hacky sudo implementation in favour of a dbus implementation
• Remove the bash installation script in favour of a QT installer or native linux package management
• Refactor and simplify complex functions
• Add remember user/password functionality
