Initial change to get 0.20.0 BFS branch going.
The 0.20.0 in the upstream changed up their build.
I removed usage of buildx as it seemed to be trying to pull down stuff from docker.io that required creds to get to. For now I removed buildx usages
I also hit issues with ARM packages not found for Ubuntu so I removed ARM support from here for now.
