Lineage Tree lineage fixes (#397)

* remove old metadata processing actions (not able to maintain with current volume of genomes). Keep passage metadata cleaning - as we need to filter for only original isolates

* Fix location processing - process location but do not clean with old cleaning defs

* Fix crash when filling missing groups

* implement covizu fix - only use lineages from the pango list
