Optogenetic behavior synchronization and analysis code ChR2StimProbGroomStereotype20PulsesExclSeiz.m: takes behavioral scoring event log excel sheet form Noldus Observer (one sheet per video/mouse) and calculates probability of behavior aligned to each trial of laser delivery.
