Web4 Tribune is created for NEAR Web4 Online Hackathon and is a web4 implementation
of my previous NEAR Tribune project (created for MetaBuild NEAR Hackathon).
Web4 Tribune is a censorship free, open web, unstoppable mass media.
Any user can post anything and get rewarded with tips by other users.

To build the contract run ```./build.sh``` command.
To deploy the contract run ```near deploy --accountId <YOUR_CONTRACT_ACCOUNT> --wasmFile res/web4tribune.wasm``` command.
