Update Ledgerjs and Trezor Connect #190

Candidate for a release. In this PR:

Yarn audit issues are resolved (except the one related to pkg which is not supported anymore).
Trezor Connect is updated to v9.4.5. Note that v9.4.7 is the latest one, but one of it's dependencies requires Node v20, which is not supported by pkg as far as I know.
Ledgerjs is updated to v7.1.3. Note that v7.1.4 is the latest one, but when using it, hw-cli doesn't detect my Ledger Nano S. @janmazak do you know something about this?
