v1.1 - I2C Master Support

This release brings support for the new I2C master driver in newer ESP-IDF versions as well as any bug fixes that were picked up on the way.

I would like to thank everyone that has contributed bits and pieces to this codebase since I have developed this on a weekend in order to bring a model weather node. Although I don't write embedded software as much as I used to anymore, this driver has gained traction and I cannot express my love for the community that has come to maintain this.
