Regenerated to reflect the removal of the two SHRIIs.

NameAliases-16.0.0d3.txt

Added formal name alias of type correction for U+12327.

NamesList-16.0.0d19.txt

Regenerated to pick up the name alias for U+12327 and remove the two
SHRIIs, plus a small batch of other annotations and cross-references.

Of those:

• The Poofing of the SHRIIs had already been acted in No archaic shriis in 16 #786, with the exception of the NamesList;
• The correction of U+12327 had been done in Name alias: CUNEIFORM SIGN KALAM #745, with the exception of the NamesList.

This PR additionally closes the following action item:

• UTC-179-C20 Consensus: Add two formal name aliases of type 'correction' for Unicode Version 16.0:
