- there was a collision at https://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/bew//1cf113ed88c5fbb9 and we didn't hear from the vetters.
https://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/ha_NE/CAsia/b7bb327a730b925 - for some reason, Kyrgystan time was listed as "Lokacin Kazakhstan" - this now collides with the new metazone for Kazakhstan in the parent. - I dropped both of these metazones in the sublocale ha_NE
- they weren't abbreviated much and were too wide. https://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/tig//471a794c61b793f4
