I've cherry picked #70

Also added some workarounds for some old links which are now broken, or which block the GitHub CI checker.

  1. please could you update the DARE UK to the new brand logo?
  2. Under 'Panel discussion' and European perspective, perhaps just delete the second bullet (can't remember what this one was going to say)
  3. can we link to the video subsection under the 'Lightning talks' header?

Looks good to me, admitedly not a thorough review line by line but this can be merged then if need be improved. I would later add some key points about breakout 1 into the main summary rather than j link to notes, but let's go ahead now
