fixed issue #72 based on feedback (hopefully did not break the legacy code this time)

From proj01:

• fixed Adjust the window where the user can grab the ball #72 Adjust the window where the user can grab the ball. Problem solved w/o breaking other functions.
• fixed Change Y Ball velocity when ball hits paddle #92 Change Y Ball velocity when ball hits paddle. Made it easier to tell and improved the corner case when y-velocity of ball is 0.

New issues fixed:

• Add an AI opponent. #40 Add an AI opponent. See details in branch proj03.
• Configure main menu UI for single player mode when AI is implemented. #56 Configure main menu UI for single player mode when AI is implemented. It is been done in the menu but useless without implanting the AI implementation into the main program. See details in branch proj03.
• Pause text not auto showing up BUG #94 Pause text not auto showing up BUG. Now the pause text shows up automatically every time game is over.
• Fix how the game detects paddle and wall collisions #95 Fix how the game detects paddle and wall collisions. The ball will not get stuck behind the paddle now and problem solved.
• Extract Instructions string to a file #96 Extract Instructions string to a file.
• Adding Hit-Star-to-Gain-Life Function #100 Adding Hit-Star-to-Gain-Life Function. This function has been implemented with a square in the middle of the screen instead of a star. However, it works very well now.
