Ubuntu Touch OTA-21 SP-1

This is point release, there is not much of change, just a necessary security patch.

Changelog:

• binder: Configurable global PID lookups
  This reshakes commit d2587ce
  and implements a kernel parameter to explicitly allow disabling
  the behavior change to look up caller PIDs in the global namespace.

ADB Sideload is supported.

Ubuntu Touch OTA-20

This is first build of Ubuntu Touch installable zip for Xiaomi Mi 8. Version tag is given after OTA number, e.g. OTA-20: v20. New builds will come out every OTA release. UBports recovery is not included, so you can install system from TWRP. Firmware and Vendor are already included and taken from MIUI 11.0.6.0PEAMIXM. Sparse image for flashing using fastboot can be found in Actions tab(choose latest workflow, scroll down, and download OTA Images archive).
